Durand Durand

…we’re Neal and Rachel Durand, your adventurous, driven and creative media duo. Here’s a little about us… we each fell in love with photography in our teens, taking those high school electives. So began our creative path towards our careers and eventually, each other. We met at a Creamery in New York where Neal was taking a time lapse of the sunset. After realizing our many mutual interests (ie, ice cream, beautiful sunsets, and of course, photography), we were friends for life. Eventually, we decided we should just get married and start a business together!

Neal

Neal has been doing photography since 2010 and videography for since 2015. He started out photographing weddings, graduations, and portraits and has also amassed an impressive portfolio in the world of landscape photography. As he progressed in the multi-media industry he decided to branch out into the field of videography and aerial drone footage. He was then recruited to work for private companies doing internal training videos, documentation shorts, whiteboard animations, and green screen studio work. He says the work continues to push his creative abilities and that’s something he never wants to stop exploring.

Rachel

Rachel has been into photography for nearly 10 years and since being married to Neal, has become an excellent video assistant. She has worked for a photography studio as well as freelancing in the field of portraits and weddings. Weddings remain one of her favorite subjects to photograph. Her other creative passion has been graphic design for the past 6 years. She worked for a small graphic design company in New York for a few years before going freelance and designing logos and branding for small to medium businesses all over the country. She loves using her varied talents to create a complete brand and picture of a company, person or product.
