While this is not a full list of what every detail might be, hopefully it will help you as you shop for someone you can trust!

  • Event Videography

    $2000 - $10,000 Per Shoot

    Your having an event! How much is it going to cost you though? Here are a couple determining factors:

    • Duration: How long will the event last? Will it be all 3 days, one day, or just for 2 hours? The longer the event, the more footage needs to be compiled and organized. Also, how long does the end product need to be?

    • Goals: Are you just looking for a highlight reel or do you want testimonials? Are we telling a story or documenting? Each video is unique and will be tailored accordingly

    • Location: Where is the event located? If its a considerable distance a travel charge could be added. This could range from $25-$2000 if the event is in another state.

    • Drone Footage: Does this event require, or would it benefit from adding in drone footage? Drone videography is one of the most desired pieces of content to add to videos. With that in mind, it takes planning, licensing, and preparation to make it possible.

  • Aerial/Drone Videography

    $600 - $5,000

    Drone Videography is unique and highly desired in the current market. Are you selling a home, a property, a business? Are you documenting a construction site, new infrastructure, or a tourist location?

    • License: It is essential to know the legal requirements to fly where you are desiring. Any drone pilot you hire must have a Part 107 License in the USA and register each flight with LAANC or Air Traffic Control.

    • Location: Where the drone needs to get to, the permits and legal requirements to fly without consequence.

    • Goals: Some companies want specific mapping videos, inspection videos, or cinematic captures at sunset when the building or location looks most desirable. The end product and goal often has a great affect on the price.

  • Commercial/Product Videos

    $1200 - $15,000 Per Product Commercial

    • Type: What type of product is it? Is it something that is stationary, movable, small, large, is it consumable, or does it need to be worn? Does it need a model to interact with?

  • Product Photos

    $400 - $1500+ Product Photo Set

    • Amounts: How many products do you need photographed? Is it an entire Jewelry Line or is it just one item?

    • Set: Some product photos require extensive set ups and creativity, meaning many different types of props to make your product seem like its in another location in the shot.

    • Location: For most product shoots, its advantageous to send the product to the photographer or have them pick it up if local. In certain circumstances, the product may need to be in a particular environment to make sense. Thus, at times it could require the photographer to come to you.

  • Senior Pictures

    $450 - $2000 per session

    Graduation is here! You want to celebrate your final year with amazing photos to last a lifetime! What will the cost depend on? Take a look:

    • Hours: Most senior portrait sessions are between 2-4 hours long.

    • Outfits: How many outfits do you want to have? For your wallets sake most people don’t have any more than 2-3.

    • Locations: Some seniors want the woods and an urban setting. If thats the case you may have to travel considerable distances or even separate your wants in two sessions.

  • Wedding Photos

    $1500 - $5000 Wedding Coverage

    Marriage! A gift, a blessing, one of the most important days in someone’s life. Your wedding day must be handled with care and affection so you can enjoy the bonds of matrimony!

    • Duration: Most weddings are a full day event. Some start early and want getting ready photos, first look, family photos, just married photos, the venue, the cake, the ring, and so much more!

    • Hours: Some people want 6, 8, 10, or even 12 hours. The most common is a 10 hour day if you want to see everything from getting ready pictures to dance photos.

    • Location: Some couples want the photographer to whisk them away to a beautiful location on the day of the wedding to get some amazing couple photos. And we LOVE doing that! This takes more coordination and planning and can affect the price.
